Withdrawal

Log in to your account and go to the Withdrawal. Select your withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and provide your bank account or digital wallet details. Submit the request and wait for confirmation. Once KYC is complete, your first withdrawal will be processed within 15–60 minutes.

Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will be credited to your bank account or digital wallet within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals made outside banking hours may take slightly longer. If no credit is received after 4 hours, contact support with your transaction ID.

A withdrawal can be rejected for several reasons:
