1 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use s99y services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. s99y reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time, and accounts found not meeting these requirements will be terminated immediately without prior notice.

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. s99y strictly rejects membership from any individual below the legal age limit.
• You must register using true, accurate, and complete personal information. The use of a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated, and any remaining balances may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for ensuring that participation in online gaming activities is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, or proof of current address.

2 User Account Management

Your s99y account is personal and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or rented to any other party. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account, including activities carried out by third parties who gain access due to your own negligence.

• S99y reserves the right to suspend an account for investigation purposes if suspicious or unusual activity is detected.

• Account details such as name, phone number, and email can be updated via the profile section, subject to re-verification of identity if required.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals
